Quality Control System
 

An effective quality control system in place, highly qualified staff and a comprehensive equipped laboratory together with strict adherence to applicable standards and regulations are a guarantee of quality products offered to our customers. Suppliers of raw materials are subjected to careful evaluation and verification.

HALAL (Halal Assurance Management System)

  • Malaysia’s Halal certification is recognised worldwide among Muslim and Non-Muslim countries.It is of ISO compliant standard– MS1500:2009– Standard for the Production, Handling and Storage of Halal food, developed by the Department of Standard Malaysia.
  • The standard complies with international standards such as Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP) and Good Hygiene Practice (GHP).
  • Malaysia also has a balanced knowledge of both Islamic beliefs and other areas including technological development and sciences, particularly food sciences, biochemistry and microbiology as well as in business management.

HACCP (Food Safety System)

  • HACCP is important because it prioritizes and controls potential hazards in food production. By controlling major food risks, such as microbiological, chemical and physical contaminants.
  • Our organization can better assure consumers that our products are as safe as good science and technology allows. By reducing food borne hazards, public health protection is strengthened.

How Does HACCP Work in Food Production?

There are seven principles, developed by the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods, that serve as the foundation for a HACCP system. They are:

  1. Conduct a hazard analysis
  2. Identify the critical control points(CCPs)
  3. Establish critical limits
  4. Establish CCP monitoring requirements
  5. Establish corrective actions
  6. Establish effective recordkeeping procedures
  7. Establish procedures for verifying

Implementation:

  1. PU flooring along the corridors
  2. Air Shower
  3. Hand Sanitization section after the air shower
  4. Qualified Lab staff carry out testing
